Your trust matters as much as your results. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a call or use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
This website is operated by Sreshtha Banerjee (“The Food Freedom Company,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or booking a call, you agree to the practices described here.
01 Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to deliver your call and support your transformation:
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, and anything you share about your health, lifestyle, or goals when booking or during the call.
- Payment information: when you pay the ₹97 booking fee, your card and banking details are entered directly on our payment partner Razorpay’s secure systems. We never see or store your full card number.
- Booking information: the slot you select is handled through Calendly, including your time zone and any answers you provide to scheduling questions.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
02 How We Use Your Information
- To confirm your booking and send you the call link and reminders.
- To prepare for and personalise your diagnostic call.
- To process your payment and issue refunds where applicable.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To improve our website, content, and services.
- To send you relevant updates about our programmes, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
03 Health Information
During your call and intake you may share sensitive information about your health, hormones, or wellbeing. We treat this information with extra care. It is used solely to understand your situation and guide your coaching, and it is never sold or shared for advertising.
04 How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Razorpay: to process payments securely.
- Calendly: to manage scheduling.
- Email and communication tools: to send confirmations, reminders, and updates.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
05 Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
