These terms set out the agreement between you and The Food Freedom Company when you book a call, make a payment, or use this website. Please read them before booking.
This website and its services are operated by Sreshtha Banerjee (“The Food Freedom Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
01 What We Offer
We offer a paid 1:1 Breakthrough Diagnostic Call (the “Call”) and, separately, the Identity Evolution Programme, a longer-term coaching programme. The ₹97 fee on this site covers the diagnostic Call only. Enrolment in any further coaching is optional, discussed separately, and never automatically charged.
02 Booking & Payment
- The Call fee is ₹97, payable in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Your slot is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
- After payment, you select your time through our scheduling tool and receive a confirmation with the call link.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can reach you.
03 Rescheduling & No-Shows
You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot using the link in your confirmation email. If you miss your Call without rescheduling, we will do our best to offer one further slot, but repeated no-shows may not be rebooked.
04 Medical Disclaimer
This is coaching, not medical care. Sreshtha is a health and nutrition coach. The Call and our programmes provide education, guidance, and support. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise, medication, or health routine, especially during postpartum, perimenopause, pregnancy, or if you have a medical condition. Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something discussed with us.
05 No Guarantee Of Specific Results
The transformations and testimonials shared on this site are real experiences of past clients. They are not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your individual body, circumstances, effort, and consistency. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific health or weight outcome.
06 Your Responsibilities
- Provide honest, accurate information about your health and goals.
- Use the guidance provided responsibly and within your own judgement.
- Treat Sreshtha and the team with respect during all interactions.
07 Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programmes, including text, videos, frameworks, and materials, belongs to The Food Freedom Company. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.
08 Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Food Freedom Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, the Call, or our programmes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us.
09 Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
