Please read this policy carefully before you enrol. It explains our position on refunds for the Identity Evolution Programme.
01 The Identity Evolution Programme
No refunds will be done for the Identity Evolution Programme. Once you enrol, the fee paid is final and non-refundable, in full or in part, at any stage of the programme.
This applies regardless of how much of the programme you complete, how often you engage with the sessions or materials, or if you choose to stop partway through. Your place, the coaching time reserved for you, and the materials released to you are committed as soon as you join.
Because of this, we ask you to use the Breakthrough Call to ask whatever you need to, so you can make a fully informed decision before you enrol. If we do not think the programme is the right fit for you, we will tell you so honestly rather than enrol you.
