01 The ₹97 Breakthrough Call
100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you attend your Breakthrough Call and feel it did not give you real value, simply tell us and we will refund your ₹97 in full.
To request a refund on the Call:
- Email us at sreshtha@thefoodfreedomco.org within 7 days of your call.
- Use the same name and email you booked with, so we can find your payment.
Once approved, your refund is processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
02 If You Don’t Attend
The money-back guarantee applies only when you actually attend your call, because it is based on the value the call gives you. If you can’t make your slot, please reschedule rather than skip it. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your call.
If you don’t attend your call and haven’t rescheduled it, the ₹97 fee is non-refundable. A no-show means your slot was reserved and held for you and could not be offered to anyone else, so the fee is not returned in that case.
03 The Identity Evolution Programme
The longer-term coaching programme is a separate commitment, purchased separately after the Breakthrough Call. Its enrolment terms, including any applicable refund or cancellation conditions, are shared with you in writing before you join. Those terms apply to the programme and are independent of this ₹97 Call guarantee.
04 Duplicate Or Failed Payments
If you were charged more than once, or a payment was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge promptly.
